Check Cloud Concepts before skipping ahead

Exam weights: AWS official guide. Accuracy: answers in our practice bank.
Cloud Concepts was the weakest domain for 71% of the learners.
Check your own gaps before skipping cloud economics, migration or the AWS frameworks. Recognising service names won't cover those topics.
Explain both answers in a choose-two question

If you're confident about one answer and guessing the other, flag the question even if you get it right. During review, explain why both choices fit and why the alternatives fail.
Revisit answers you got right
One in eight previously correct answers became wrong on the second attempt. Of the initially incorrect answers that learners retried, 69% became correct.
A better repeat score can reflect learning, recall or guessing. To check your understanding, explain the answer before looking at the options, then try an unfamiliar question on the same topic. Keep reviewing anything you can recognise but can't explain.
Find the detail that changes the answer

44% of learners who answered this question chose Lambda.
The five-hour runtime points to EC2. A conventional Lambda invocation has a 15-minute maximum timeout, so it cannot run this job to completion. Splitting the work into shorter tasks would be a different design.
Your review note should capture the missed requirement: "Check runtime before choosing compute."
What to do in your next study session
- Answer questions. Flag guesses and stop while you still have time to review them.
- Group mistakes and uncertain answers by topic.
- Revisit those topics later with unfamiliar questions, including topics you previously guessed correctly.
- Do a timed mock exam to see how you handle questions under time pressure.
You can practise with the questions our learners used here. We also have mock exams and a breakdown by topic.
How we analysed the answers
The sample covers 290 learners, 717 unique questions and 37,609 attempts from June 7 to September 12, 2026. Of those, 33,319 were first attempts. The format chart uses 29,047 single-answer and 4,251 choose-two attempts. Retry figures cover 1,307 initially correct answers and 1,699 initially incorrect answers.
We excluded staff, test and automated accounts. Questions were grouped by exam domain, with some appearing in more than one domain. Learners who answered more questions contributed more to overall accuracy.
